AY 2026 P1 Administrative matters
Complete the required administrative tasks for your child's P1 enrolment by 23 October 2025. This includes setting up Parent Gateway, eGiro, Edusave, and purchasing uniforms and textbooks.

We seek your kind cooperation in completing the administrative matters listed in the table below for your child/ward.
Please note that items marked “Required” must be submitted by 23 October 2025.
Do keep a lookout, we’ll be sharing more administrative updates soon once the relevant links are available.
We would also like to remind all parents to sign in to the MOE Parent Gateway (PG), as it will be the official communication platform for all school announcements and updates moving forward.

2 | Parent Gateway Setup (PG) Parents Gateway (PG) is a one-stop mobile app for parents and schools to better support their children’s educational journey through improved communications. It allows parents to receive updates on school programmes and activities. It also allows parents to perform administrative functions such as providing consent for their children to participate in school activities, as well as declaration of travel plans. PG is available on IOS and Android. Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store app on your mobile phone to download. | Required | |
3 | eGiro Sign up for GIRO arrangement with MOE for payment of school fees and charges or disbursement of award/subsidy via online at (1) MOE eGIRO page. Please refer to the (2) user guide for the steps to sign up and the participating banks. Kindly upload the SMS notification confirming the successful (3) eGIRO submission using the provided link.
