School Rules @ Xingnan
Xingnanians must uphold the core values by abiding by the school rules as follows:

Loyal to school and country.
Xingnanians, who are Singapore citizens, must sing the National Anthem and take the pledge with their right fists placed over their hearts.
Non-Singapore citizens will stand at attention during school assemblies and important occasions such as the National Day Parade and National Day Observance Ceremonies.

Be responsible for own actions.
Xingnanians must be present and punctual for all lessons and school programmes. Absences should be covered with a valid reason.
Xingnanians must not leave the school premises during school hours without permission.
Xinananians are not to leave the school premises if they have CCA and remedials after curriculum time.

Be respectful to others.
Xingnanians must demonstrate the expected behaviour aligned to the school values at all times.
Xingnanians must care and show appreciation to others.
Xingnanians must keep school a safe place for learning.
My Identity
We, Xingnanians, must be properly attired at all times in school. We are to wear our prescribed school uniforms without modifications.

Jackets, cardigans and pullovers, are only to be worn during cold weather.

Poor | • Does not exemplify the school values (R3ISE) and right habits. |
A “Fair” or “Poor” conduct grade will render the student ineligible for MOE or school-based awards.
