Be a Buddy, Not a Bully
Learn how Xingnan supports students, recognises bullying and helps those who need support.
How Xingnan Approaches Bullying in School
At Xingnan Primary School, we believe that every student has the right to feel safe, respected and supported in school.
We take concerns about bullying seriously. When a concern is raised, we take the time to listen, understand what has happened and establish the facts. The school will work with the students involved and, where appropriate, their parents or guardians to address the situation.
Our approach focuses not only on addressing incidents, but also on helping our students develop empathy, respect, responsibility and positive relationships with others.
π Speak Up. Youβre Not Alone.
If you are being bullied or see someone being bullied, donβt be afraid to speak up. Your voice matters, and asking for help is the right thing to do.
